Viva Las Cruces!!

We've put over 1000 miles on the rental already including a day trip from Tucson to Las Cruces and love that area. It is a very affordable area, great weather year round. We looked at a house that we love, but selling our two houses in NJ will be a challenge in this market, of course. Today we push on to Show Low via route 60. From the look of the road, I will curse the Lincoln Town Car and wish we had a wing under us, but that will be for the next trip. We hit a similar road yesterday into the Catalina mountains to Mount Lemmon, but the road does not go through, and only goes to the top of the mountain, but What a Road!!! Also visited Seguaro National Park, which is very cool.

Lisa, Tommy looks happy! But we know you, he needs to build you a very large closet with all the things you need in your daily life, room for your clothes, a very large bathroom, a hot tub or pool and a very large bedroom. A kitchen is optional, Tommy can always cook outside in the open air. When he adds all the necessities of life for you and your guests, it will be a great place. Just think, you can camp until the place is finished. By the way, where is the mall? Another necessity!

We hope that you enjoy your vacation as well as the house hunting. Take lots of pictures. The homes out there must be really nice as well as the weather. Continue to keep us posted on your travels.
